Community Meditation for New Mindful Eaters

Interested in quitting dieting, emotional eating, stress eating, or just feel like you’re always overeating? This is a perfect way to begin for free. Each month, we will join together as a 30-40 -minute virtual community on Zoom to discuss your struggles and introduce a helpful topic, along with a short self-compassion meditation and time to share.

If you want to:

  • quit dieting or tracking your food

  • stop bingeing, emotional/stress eating

  • never have to start the diet plan over on Monday

  • treat yourself to juicy self compassion (AKA stop beating yourself up after eating the foods you’re trying to avoid)

  • begin accepting your body and even, dare I say it, LOVE your body

  • Eat and move confidently
